How to Register?
Welcome to SPF 2023 seminar registration page. Please take a moment to fill in your information below as carefully and completely as possible
Step 1: Submission of Personal Information
Please complete the form by providing the following details: Personal Information, Registration Category, Booking Date and fill out all the necessary information as requested in the form.
Step 2: Payment Process
After successfully filling out the form, the subsequent procedure entails the payment process. Payment can be executed either by scanning the QR code or through a bank transfer. Detailed information regarding the payment procedure can be found in the payment section. Kindly remember to forward a scanned copy of the payment voucher for both bank and online transfers. Additionally, send us the name of the participant/s to spfktm2023@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not incur any charges. However, cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will result in a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay. In the event of a no-show, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation. For early departures, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest the full amount of the reservation. Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to a processing fee of $25.00.
